As we travel, we are looking for someone who wants to keep our beautiful apartment in June. For a few days at the beginning and at the end (June) we will be there in part, but each one has its own room - the rest of the time you have the apartment for yourself:

Da wir auf Reisen gehen, suchen wir jemanden, die*der im Juni unsere schöne Wohnung hüten will. Für paar Tage am Anfang und am Ende (Juni) werden wir teilweise noch da sein, aber jede*r hat ein eigenes Zimmer - den Rest der Zeit hast du die Wohnung dann für dich allein:
Sie ist sehr hell, gut geschnitten und ultra zentral gelegen (Ludwigvorstadt). Insgesamt sind es knapp 70 qm, die sich auf drei Zimmer + kleine WoKü + Bad verteilen. Die Zimmer haben ca. 16, 15 und 13 qm, außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine kleine, feine Küche, von der ein ebenso feiner, kleiner Balkon auf den Hinterhof geht. Alle üblichen Küchengeräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren gut.
Da die Wohnung in Ost-West-Ausrichtung liegt, ist es hier immer hell. Ein Zimmer geht wie die Küche nach hinten raus zum Hinterhof, zwei Zimmer nach vorne raus zur Straße. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Insgesamt haben wir hier eine sehr nette, unkomplizierte Hausgemeinschaft mit Familien, WGs, älteren und jüngeren Menschen.

Unsere Fenster sind neu und schließen sehr gut, daher kannst du selbst regulieren, ob du etwas von der Straße mitbekommen willst oder nicht ;) Sie ist schmal und nicht so viel befahren - aber lebhaft.
