Apartment in the Isarvorstadt Wohnung in der Isarvorstadt zur Untermiete

The quiet apartment with windows in all rooms is located in the quiet back house. In the summer you can listen to the birds with windows open. In the small backyard there is a small beer bench set on which you can stay for example during the lunch break.

I rent 2 of the 3 rooms in my apartment. In the third room, I'm just gonna put my stuff down, so you'll have room in the apartment for your stuff. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. There are two cooktops, a mini oven and a top loader washing machine.

The living room is also fully furnished with a dining area. The large dining table in the living room also serves my workplace.

Shower and toilet are separated.

I am flexible with regard to the intake and withdrawal dates.

Die ruhige Wohnung mit Fenstern in allen Zimmern befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Im Sommer kannst du bei geöffneten Fenstern den Vögeln lauschen. Im kleinen Hinterhof gibt es eine kleine Bierbankgarnitur, auf der man bspw. während der Mittagspause verweilen kann.

Ich vermiete 2 der 3 Zimmer in meiner Wohnung unter. Im dritten Zimmer werde ich lediglich meine Sachen deponieren, sodass Du in der Wohnung Platz für Deine Sachen hast. Die kleine Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Es gibt zwei Kochfelder, einen Mini-Backofen und eine Toplader-Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls voll eingerichtet mit einem Essplatz. Der große Esstisch im Wohnzimmer dient auch meinem Arbeitsplatz.

Duschbad und Toilette sind getrennt.

Hinsichtlich des Einzugs- und Auszugstermins bin ich flexibel.
