The apartment is located in Martinsried, a quiet and green area in the southwest of Munich. The city centre can be reached in about 25 minutes by public transport.

Nearby you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and the campus of the LMU / BioTech Cluster. The area is quiet, friendly and very well connected.

I live on the ground floor of the same house – handovers are uncomplicated.
Access is also possible by key box or fingerprint door, if desired.

🐾 Note: We have a free-going cat that almost only stops outside. It usually does not come to the upper floor and not to the apartment – but for allergy sufferers, the hint is important.

Die Wohnung liegt in Martinsried, einem ruhigen und grünen Ortsteil im Südwesten von München. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 25 Minuten mit ÖPNV erreichbar.

In der Nähe findest du Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants sowie den Campus der LMU / BioTech Cluster. Die Gegend ist ruhig, freundlich und sehr gut angebunden.

Ich wohne selbst im Erdgeschoss desselben Hauses – Übergaben sind unkompliziert.
Zugang ist auch per Schlüsselbox oder Fingerprint-Haustür möglich, wenn gewünscht.

🐾 Hinweis: Wir haben eine Freigängerkatze, die sich fast nur draußen aufhält. Sie kommt normalerweise nicht ins Obergeschoss und nicht in die Wohnung – aber für Allergiker:innen ist der Hinweis wichtig.
