Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer, eine große Küche und 2 Badezimmer und eignet sich deshalb perfekt als Übergängliche WG. Die Küche und Waschmaschine müssen nicht abgelöst werden.
Der Fußweg zur LMU dauert 5 min und im Umkreis von 500m sind mehrere Supermärkte, Boutiquen und zahlreiche Kneipen und Restaurants und die Tram 27 fährt direkt vor der Tür.
Natürlich steht die Wohnung auch für nicht WG suchende Interessanten zur Verfügung.
