Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und besticht durch ihren charmanten Balkon und eine schöne, abgetrennte, sehr helle Küche mit Kühlschrank, eigener Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Leider wird die Wohnung dann nicht mehr alle Möbel wie auf den Bildern haben. Tisch, Stühle und Sofa nehme ich schon in meine neue Wohnung mit. Kochutensilien können bei Bedarf in der Wohnung gelassen werden. Auch kann ich Bettwäsche zur Verfügung stellen.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung extrem ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt und in diesem wiederum zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die U1 ist ca. 5 Minuten und die Tram 20/21 ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist so extrem schnell erreicht.
Ich würde gerne meine Wohnung zwischen dem 01. und 28. April untervermieten. Ich ziehe bereits Ende März in eine neue Wohnung und habe die alte noch bis Ende April. Was die Daten angeht, wäre ich halbwegs flexibel. Der Preis ist warm, inklusive der Nebenkosten, aber leider exklusive Internet / WLAN.
Auf Wunsch kann ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazugemietet werden für 100 €.
