Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in dem Zeitraum unter, da ich auf Reisen gehe. Die Wohnung ist 60qm2 groß, hat einen Balkon zur Südseite im 4. Stock und liegt am Stiglmairplatz in der Maxvorstadt, also super zentral und nur 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt! Ich selbst bin erst im November hier eingezogen, daher sind alle Möbel neu. Das schöne an der Wohnung ist, dass sie sonnendurchflutet ist (man kann quasi auf der Couch liegen und sich sonnen). Wohnzimmer, Küche und Balkon liegen zum Innenhof.
