Es handelt sich um ein 2 Zimmer Whg mit Küche und Bad, die ich während meines Urlaubs untervermieten möchte. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon, den man von beiden Zimmern erreichen kann. Das Bad ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Internet ist natürlich dabei. Da es nur während des Urlaubs ist, würde ich die Schränke natürlich nicht ausräumen. Was es leider zu beachten gilt ist, dass die Whg leider keine Waschmaschine hat. Es gibt aber einen Gemeinschaftswaschraum im Keller. Der Preis gilt für den Zeitraum insgesamt.
Es sind ca 9 Minuten zu Fuß zur U Bahn Haltestelle Olympia-Einkaufszentrum, von wo man mit der U1 in 10 Minuten zum Hbf kommt. Auch die U3 fährt von OEZ ab, mit der man bequem zur Münchner Freiheit und Marienplatz kommt. Die Tramhaltestelle Wintrichring ist ebenfalls ca 9 Minuten entfernt, der Moosacher St. Martinsplatz ca 7 Minuten. Eine Norma befindet sich ca 4 Minuten entfernt und Rewe/Edeka ca 9 Minuten. Auch im OEZ kann man natürlich einkaufen gehen. Es sind alle Dinge die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt in der Nähe. Auch ein DHL Shop, Bäcker und Apotheke.
