Hi, I rent my fully equipped apartment in the prestigious Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark from May to the end of June for a rental.

The apartment is located in a well maintained, quiet hotel building with a spacious spa area – ideal for those who want to stay stylish and comfortable for a few weeks.

Metro Arabellapark (line U4) approx. 5 minutes walk away – about 10 minutes in downtown

tram line 17 and several bus connections (e.g. 54, 59, 154, 183, 188) in the immediate vicinity

Fast connection to the Middle Ring and the A94

Optional: A underground parking space can be rented on request.

Note: This is a temporary sublet during my absence from May to the end of June. (possibly 1 month longer)

Tramlinie 17 sowie mehrere Busverbindungen (z. B. 54, 59, 154, 183, 188) in unmittelbarer Nähe

Schneller Anschluss an den Mittleren Ring und die A94

Optional: Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann auf Wunsch mit gemietet werden.

Hinweis: Es handelt sich um eine befristete Untervermietung während meiner Abwesenheit im Zeitraum Mai bis Ende Juni. (eventuell 1 Monat länger)
