Munich's most beautiful location Zwischenmiete in Münchens schönster Lage

Our beautiful, bright and very quiet apartment with Terasse in Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg is available for rent. Very close to Nymphenburg Castle and the beautiful Nymphenburg Canal, the house is located in a green and very quiet street. Parking is here to find outside the door and always.
Tram 16/17 is only 3 minutes walk away and runs directly to HBF, Stachus and downtown.
The nearest shopping facilities, on the Roman Square, are only 6 minutes walk away.
From the Sundowner on the canal, walks in the Botanical Garden and Castle Park are all in here!
And of course the best ice cream parlour: Patagon.
Since we will be on the road for the months ourselves, we would like to give our beautiful apartment to someone loving and neat. Wi-Fi is available, as well as TV (stream), washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.
Everything is available.
The couch in the workroom is also extendable as a bed and thus there is the possibility for a second bedroom.

Zur Untermiete gibt es unsere wunderschöne, helle und sehr ruhige Wohnung mit Terasse in München Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. Ganz nah am Nymphenburger Schloss und dem schönen Nymphenburger Kanal, liegt das Haus in einer grünen und sehr ruhigen Straße. Parkplätze sind hier um sonst vor der Tür und immer zu finden.
Die Tram 16/17 ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und fährt direkt zum HBF, Stachus und in die Innenstadt.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, am Romanplatz, sind nur 6 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Vom Sundowner am Kanal, über Spaziergänge im Botanischen Garten und Schlosspark ist hier alles drin!
Und natürlich die beste Eisdiele: Patagon.
Da wir für die Monate selbst unterwegs sein werden möchten wir unsere schöne Wohnung an jemand liebevollem und ordentlichen geben. WLAN ist verfügbar, sowie Fernseher (stream), Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, etc.
Alles steht zur Verfügung.
Die Couch im Arbeitszimmer ist auch als Bett ausziehbar und somit gibt es die Möglichkeit für ein zweites Schlafzimmer.
