Ich miete meine voll mobilierte, 3 Zimmer Wohnung für 2.5 Monaten unter. Die Wohnung hat 2 größe Schlafzimmer (jeweils 25qm) die ich als Büro & Schlafzimmmer benutze aber als 2 Schlafzimmer benutzt werden können. Das dritte Zimmer ist eine größe Wohnküche mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Wohnzimmer.
Die Gesamtmiete von 1400€ enthält die Kaltmiete (1200€), Nebenkosten von Strom & Gas (100€), GEZ(18€) & Internet(40€). Ich rechne dazu 42€ für die Benutzung von Möbel & Elektronik.

I'm subletting my 3 bedroom apartment for 2.5 Months. The apartment is approx. 79sqm and has 2 huge bedrooms. I use one of the bedrooms as my office. The third room in the apartment is an open kitchen-living room. The apartment is fully furnished and i would ideally like to rent it out as-is. However, arrangements can be made to remove some of the furniture is necessary.
The total rent is 1300€. This consists of the basic rent (1200€), Electricity and Water (100€), GEZ (18€) and Internet (40€). I am charging 42€ for the use of furniture and equipment.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Pasinger Stadtpark entfernt wo die Wurm durchfließt und super geignet für Jogging, Spazieren oder sich einfach entspannen.
Die Bushaltestelle Kraillinger Weg (Busse 265 & 259) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und Haltestelle Planegger Str. (Busse 56 & 57) ist 6 Gehminuten entfernt. In 5min ist man mit dem Bus in Pasing. Alternative kann man auch 15min zur Fuß nach Pasing Arkaden laufen.
In 5 Gehminuten gibt es einen Edeka und der Pasinger Marienplatz ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt wo man sämtlichen Restaurants (Bsp. L'Osteria, Cortidiano) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein weiteres Edeka, Lidl hat. Pasinger Arkaden ist in 15min zur Fuß oder 5min mit dem Bus erreichbar.

The apartment is a mere 3 minute walking distance from the Pasinger City Park. This is a really huge park with the river "Wurm" flowing through it. Ideal for picnics, long walks, jogging or simply relaxing on the river bank with your feet trailing in the water.
The station Pasing is a mere 12 minute walking distance from the apartment where there is a huge mall for all the shopping and dining necessities.. However, 4 buses ply the route and the bus stations (Kraillinger Weg and Planegger Str.) are each 3 and 5 minute walking distances from the apartment. These buses take about 5 minutes to get to Pasing.
