Wir untervermieten unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schwabing West (8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3 und 4 Minuten zur Tram 27) ab dem 15.02.2025 für mindestens 6 Monate, bis zu einem Jahr (mit Verlängerungsmöglichkeit).

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen & Nespresso, sowie sämtlichem Besteck, Geschirr, Gläsern, etc.). Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls direkt in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug.

Miete für die gesamte Wohnung: 2000 inklusive Strom, Heizung.

We sublet our beautiful 3-room apartment in Schwabing West (8 minutes walk to the U3 and 4 minutes to tram 27) from 15.02.2025 for at least 6 months, up to one year (with extension option).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room, is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven & Nespresso, as well as all cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc.). A washing machine is also available directly in the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor. Floor with elevator.

Rent for the entire apartment: 2000 including electricity, heating.
