Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, hat eine schmale Küche + Bad und zwei Zimmer, welche momentan als Wohn- und Schlafzimmer genutzt werden.
Beide Zimmer haben ein Fenster (Wohnzimmer 2) zur Straße raus.
Da ich ab April umziehen, vermiete ich ab dem 1.4.2025 zur Untermiete. +/- 2 Tage sind verhandelbar je nach Mieter. Gerne einfach melden und wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Münchner Westend. Tram-Station Holzapfelstrasse ist ca 2min fußläufig entfernt. S-Bahn Station Hackerbrücke ca 7 min und die Ubahn Theresienwiese oder Schwanthalerhöhe ca 10min.
Auch mit dem Rad ist alles gut erreichbar, zum Marienplatz ca. 10min.
Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zur S-Bahn Stammstrecke ist alles in München gut per ÖPNV erreichbar.
