I rent my beautiful, bright 2 bedroom apartment with balcony from 05.05.2025 below.

The apartment has 54 sqm, a bedroom and a large living area with open kitchen, as well as a balcony and a bathroom with bathtub.
It is fully equipped with underfloor heating, internet, dishes and kitchen utensils, washing machine and sink. You can use a suitcase.

I am relatively flexible within the specified timeframe with regard to the arrival and withdrawal date, but the minimum rental time should not be below 4 months.

ich vermiete meine schöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon ab dem 05.05.2025 unter.

Die Wohnung hat 54 qm, ein Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, sowie einen Balkon und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Internet, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Ihr könnt also mit einem Koffer einziehen :).

Ich bin innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitrahmens relativ flexibel bezüglich des Ein- und Auszugstermins, die Mindestmietzeit sollte aber nicht unter 4 Monaten sein.
