Hello everyone!

Due to a stay abroad, I am renting out my apartment in a great location (Untersendling) from November till end of January (possibly till end of February).
The dates can be arranged flexibly.

My beautiful apartment is fully furnished incl. kitchen with dishwasher, dining table, washing machine, bathroom with shower, home-office workplace, double bed, soda and a lot more. Wifi is available and included in the monthly rent.
Both neighborhood and house are very quiet.

The apartment very clean and organizedy. It is suitable for single persons or couples who treat the interior respectfully, meaning no parties, smoking etc.

I’m looking forward to your messages and anything else we will discuss personally.

Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Daiserstrasse. Es sind viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Implerstrasse (U3&U6) ist 3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur knapp 15 minuten.

Ich suche nach einem sauberen und vertrauensvollen Mieter der reapektvoll mit der Inneneinrichtung umgeht. WG und Partys sind leider nicht gestattet. Bevorzugt könnt ihr mich via Email aber auch telefonisch erreichen. Ich brauche eine kurze Beschreibung eurer Person.
