Ich bin für den Job an der TU nach München gezogen und bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für mich.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe keine Haustiere, mag Ruhe nach Feierabend - da in der Klinik tätig, würde aber dennoch gerne im „Kiez“ zentral wohnen.
Ein für mich persönlich wichtiges Kriterium: Waschmaschine/-nanschluss in der Wohnung (nicht im Keller).
