My husband, Pablo, and I are currently looking for a new apartment in Munich. We moved here one year ago from Montreal, Canada for professional reasons.
We have no children or pets, are not smokers and both work as Engineers in the Aerospace industry, here in Munich. Together, we make around 7700 EUR net per month.
We are looking for a 2+ room apartment, ideally situated in Au-Haidhausen, where we currently live. We are open to both non-furnished and furnished apartments. Our budget would be a maximum of 2500 EUR per month all included.
We are looking for a move-in date of May 1st to June 1st 2025.
We are not very fluent in German yet but are learning! We speak fluently French, English and Spanish.
A bit more about us : we love to cycle and hike in the mountains. On a sunny weekend, we will always try to be out. We also love to take long walks around the city and that is how we came to love this neighborhood. We are big fans of brunch and board game nights with friends and I love to read and knit, so we will be very quiet tenants!
