Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes vermiete ich meine Wohnung in super Lage von Oktober bis Januar. Daten können gerne flexibel abgesprochen werden.
Es ist ein schöner Innenhof für Fahrräder vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert inkl. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Dusche, Arbeitsplatz, Doppelbett und Couch.
Wlan ist vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Einzelperson vermietet und ist nicht WG-geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Daiserstrasse. Es sind viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Implerstrasse (U3&U6) ist 3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur knapp 15 minuten.

Ich suche nach einem sauberen und vertrauensvollen Mieter der reapektvoll mit der Inneneinrichtung umgeht. WG und Partys sind leider nicht gestattet. Bevorzugt könnt ihr mich via Email aber auch telefonisch erreichen. Ich brauche eine kurze Beschreibung eurer Person.
