Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung für den März.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, und zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne). Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Die beiden Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind Schlafsofas - bevorzugt wären allerdings 1-2 Personen in der Wohnung.
Ich bin vom 6.-27.3. im Ausland, im Rest vom März wäre ich manche Nächste auch in der Wohnung (in einem weiteren Zimmer, das auf den Fotos nicht auftaucht).
Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus (oder auch zu Fuß) ist man schnell am S-Bahnhof Moosach.
PS: es gibt ein weiteres Zimmer, das für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete nicht zugänglich ist.
