Furnished Flat (2rooms) - temporally @Josephsplatz/MAXVORSTADT

Zimmer + Wohnzimmer in meiner hellen 3-Zimmer Wohnung FREI ab 15. Oktober 24. Dauer bis 2025 flexibel (aber bitte alles über 8 Wochen)

- Wasch- und Spülmaschine vorhanden
- Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Smart TV etc..alles dabei. Internet natürlich auch.

Bei der Whg handelt es sich um eine 3-Zimmerwhg. Ich bin Münchnerin aber lebe in Berlin und bin NUR max 2x im Monat in der Whg für je 2-3 Tage. Wir würden uns das Bad und die Küche mit kompletter Ausrüstung & Inventar teilen, wenn ich da bein ansonsten hast du die gesamte Wohnung (bis auf mein Zimmer) für dich alleine.

Room + living room in my bright 3-room apartment available from October 15, 2024. Duration until 2025 is flexible (but please at least 8 weeks).

Washing machine and dishwasher available
Bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV, etc. are all included. Internet, of course, as well.
The apartment is a 3-room apartment. I’m from Munich but live in Berlin and am ONLY in the apartment at most twice a month for 2-3 days each time (maximum). We would share the bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen when I’m there, otherwise, you’ll have the entire apartment (except my room) to yourself.
