Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und ruhig gelegen in Solln gleich neben der Isar mit nähe zum Zoo bzw. Thalkirchen. Ich bin flexibel mit dem Timing, da ich selbst ins Sabbatical länger ins Ausland gehe.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit 1350 EUR ist alles inkl. Strom, Heizung, Internet etc. dabei. Auf Wunsch auch Tiefgarage und Keller (Zusatzgebühren). Waschmaschine im Keller vorhanden.
