I AM RENTING MY FLAT ONLY FOR 3 WEEKS WHILE ON VACATION OTHER REQUESTS NOT BEING ANSWERED :)
Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle und neu renovierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung während meines Urlaubes.
Ich vermiete nur an einzelne Person, da die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet ist. Solltet ihr als Paar einziehen wollen, würde ich die Nebenkosten um 50€ erhöhen, da sie aktuell auf eine Person berechnet sind.
Gerne kann die Wohnung für einen Urlaub oder kurzfristigen beruflichen Aufenthalt in München genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung wurde vor mir komplett neu renoviert und ich habe sie selber inkl Küche eingerichtet. Daher wünsche ich mir, dass mit besonderer Sorgfalt damit umgegangen wird. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung hell und ruhig, da im 6. (obersten) Stock gelegen. Bei Fragen, meldet euch gerne bei mir.
Die Wohnung ist mit nur 2 Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof (U1/U7) sehr zentral gelegen und hat in wenigen Metern Umkreis Bäcker, Apotheke, Post, dm, REWE und Lidl in der Nähe.
