Wunderschöne Maxvorstadt Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete!
Ich muss mit meiner Arbeit leider für ein Projekt München verlassen und daher wird meine Wohnung frei für eine halbjährige Untermieter.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer ein schönes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und dazu ein Abstellzimmer mit der Möglichkeit für ein zweites Bett.
Dem Untermieter werden zwei Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Obwohl ich nicht oft anwesend sein werde, werde ich weiterhin ein Zimmer ‚bewohnen‘.
Der Mieter kann sich offiziell bei der Stadt München anmelden. Eine Mietgeberbestätigung kann ausgestellt werden.

Unfortunately, I have to leave Munich for a project due to work, so my apartment will be available for a six-month sublease. The apartment has three rooms: a lovely living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a storage room with the possibility of a second bed.
The subtenant will have access to two rooms. Although I won’t be present, I will continue to 'occupy' one room.
The tenant can officially register with the city of Munich. A landlord confirmation can be provided."
Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Die Maxvorstadt hat viele Cafés, Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten. Direkt im Haus ist eine Bäckerei und einer der besten Obstläden in München. Es ist nicht weit zum Englischen Garten, zum Nordfriedhof oder dem Olympiapark.
Die Nahverkehrsanbindung könnte nicht besser sein. Man findet in weniger als 5min Anschluss zu allen wichtigen Verkehrslinien wie U2, U6 sowie die Trambahn 27. Zum Stadtzentrum ist es zu Fuß nur 15min.

The location of the apartment is awesome. The Maxvorstadt has many cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. There is a bakery right in the house and one of the best fruit shops in Munich. It is not far to the English Garden, the North Cemetery or the Olympic Park.
The local transport links could not be better. In less than 5 minutes you can find connections to all important transport lines such as U2, U6 and tram 27. It is only a 15-minute walk to the city center.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
