Bright, central apartment Helle, zentrale Wohnung

The apartment is for intermediate rent, it is about 70 sqm and has a 14 sqm bedroom, a 19 sqm living room, a large dining room, 10 sqm kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is in the ghost district, bright and you have in the 7th A very nice view over Münster with a view of the water tower. There is a nice balcony with seating (unfortunately no smoking or barbecue allowed). The apartment is very central, one is within 10 minutes walk in the city centre.
A previous entry date as indicated is not possible, nor is a later withdrawal date possible.

The apartment is furnished and you have everything you need. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The living room has a balcony.
All costs are included in the rental costs. The rent (warm) is 800 Euro per month, for the 3 months + 1 week so 2600 Euro, the contract is fixed for this period. The rent must also be paid for a shorter rental period (3 months plus 1 week). I'm interested in renting the apartment quickly so a quick decision is needed. I'm afraid I don't accept any condominium, the apartment is not suitable for WG.

Die Wohnung ist zur Zwischenmiete, sie ist ca. 70 qm groß und verfügt über ein ca. 14 qm großes Schlafzimmer, ein 19 qm großes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Esszimmer, 10 qm Küche und ein kleines Bad. Die Wohnung ist im Geistviertel, hell und man hat im 7. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) einen sehr schönen Ausblick über Münster mit Blick auf den Wasserturm. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten (leider kein Rauchen oder Grillen erlaubt). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist in max. 10 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
Ein früherer Einzugstermin als angegeben ist nicht möglich, ein späterer Auszugstermin ebenfalls nicht.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und man hat alles, was man benötigt. Nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher bitte selber mitbringen. An das Wohnzimmer grenzt ein Balkon.
In den Mietkosten sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten. Die Miete (warm) beträgt 800 Euro pro Monat, für die 3 Monate + 1 Woche also 2600 Euro, der Vertrag ist fest für diesen Zeitraum. Auch bei kürzerer Mietdauer muss die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum bezahlt werden (3 Monate plus 1 Woche) bezahlt werden. Ich bin daran interessiert, die Wohnung schnell zu vermieten, sodass eine schnelle Entscheidung nötig ist. Ich nehme leider keine Wohngemeinschaften an, die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet.
