my name is Kristian Esteves, and I am currently looking for a smaller apartment in a central location in Münster.

My current apartment can only be described like this: just great; It has 2 rooms, a fitted kitchen and is partly furnished (with fridge and dishwasher). The equipment is high quality, with underfloor heating, and the location is also top - right on the Hammerstraße, where there is everything: in less than 3 minutes walk Lidl and Rewe and there are directly also package shops and other shops. (He who is from Münster knows this!)

I was the first tenant in this apartment:), which is located in the so-called "bunker." It has 2 balconies, large windows in all rooms and is very nicely cut. The neighbors are not heard at all, as the building is an old bunker from the Second World War. The apartment is 43 m ² in size, has a storage room, and you can even rent a parking lot if necessary (but this should be agreed with the landlord).

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a smaller apartment, also in a central location. It should be maintained - a new building is not a must, but I would be happy if a dishwasher is available. I also care that the apartment is bright because I need it to write my bachelor's degree.
It should not be more expensive than 550 Warm but we can still discuss prices!

I'm looking for something small to save money!, this apartment is in my opinion ideal for a couple

A few more words about my current apartment: The administration takes care of itself quickly when there is a problem, and the neighbors are very friendly. You have little contact with them, which I personally feel is very pleasant.

mein Name ist Kristian Esteves, und ich bin aktuell auf der Suche nach einer kleineren Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Münster.

Meine derzeitige Wohnung kann man nur so beschreiben: einfach toll; Sie hat 2 Zimmer, eine Einbauküche und ist teilweise möbliert (mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine). Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, mit Fußbodenheizung, und die Lage ist auch top – direkt an der Hammerstraße, wo es alles gibt: in weniger als 3 min zu Fuß Lidl und Rewe und es gibt direkt auch Paketshops und andere Geschäfte. (Wer aus Münster ist kennt das!)

Ich war der erste Mieter in dieser Wohnung:), die sich im sogenannten "Bunker" befindet. Sie hat 2 Balkone, große Fenster in allen Räumen und ist sehr schön geschnitten. Die Nachbarn hört man überhaupt nicht, da das Gebäude ein alter Bunker aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg ist. Die Wohnung ist 43 m² groß, hat einen Abstellraum, und man kann bei Bedarf sogar einen Parkplatz mieten (das müsste allerdings mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden).

Was ich suche:

Ich suche eine kleinere Wohnung, ebenfalls in zentraler Lage. Sie sollte gepflegt sein – ein Neubau ist kein Muss, aber ich würde mich freuen, wenn eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Wichtig ist mir auch, dass die Wohnung hell ist, da ich sie zum Schreiben meines Bachelorabschlusses brauche.
Es soll nicht teuerer als 550 Warm sein aber über Preise können wir trotzdem gerne diskutieren!

Ich suche etwas kleines, um Geld zu sparen! , diese Wohnung ist meiner Meinung nach ideal für ein Paar

Noch ein paar Worte zu meiner aktuellen Wohnung: Die Verwaltung kümmert sich schnell, wenn es mal ein Problem gibt, und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Man hat kaum Kontakt zu ihnen, was ich persönlich als sehr angenehm empfinde.

Nur ernste Anfrage werden berücksichtigt.
