It is one room in two-room shared apartment. The room is owned by studentendenrwerk, and has a bed, chairs, desk, shelves, wardrobe and a small table. However, like me, you can furnish most of the room yourself.
The location is rather quiet, as you first look out of the window onto neighbouring students apartments and open green fields, but you are quickly in the city or university campuses. You can reach a Rewe and a Lidl in 5 minutes by bike/bus connection. The city centre is about 20 minutes away by bus. You can take bus line 2,5,11,22 all bus stops by 5-7 walk. But the later two 11,22 are recommended.
As this is a hall of residence run by the Studierendenwerk, you must be enrolled at the university or university of applied sciences.
