11.24m^2 zimmer in a 2 room apartment for 1 month

Hey guys, I am renting out my room in a two person shared apartment for a month (28th Feb to 30th March). It has a washroom and kitchen in the apartment itself. 11.24m^2 room & 32.78m^2 apartment. Basic utilities and washing machines are available. Kindly find more information in the below mentioned link. The apartment already has a robo-vacuum, rice cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave for use. And, a nice roommate who is quite social, loves to talk and cook food. But, also stays by himself if the occasion desires(he knows English and some Indian languages). He also likes quite a bit of anime and other series. It's a peaceful place and has a nice view as well. The rent will be 270€ with 200€ deposit. the actual rent is 250 and 20euros for the appliances. and, it's not possible to rent the apartment without them. Also, since it’s a studierendenwerk it’s required for you to be a student in wwu. And anmeldung is not possible in this place.
Also, I can leave a 35" monitor for using during your 1 month stay if needed.
