For my cozy two-room apartment in the Erphoviertel I am looking for an intermediate tenant from approx. Beginning of February until the end of July. The exact period of rent is still adaptable. The apartment is suitable for an individual or a couple, however it is not WG-suitable. The apartment is fully furnished and offers everything the heart desires in a top location.

Room facilities:

Bedroom: The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a flooding room. In the bedroom there is a 140 cm double bed, a large wardrobe and a large desk. Also enough storage space for books, folders etc.

Living/dining room: The pull-out sofa bed invites you to stay. It is directly opposite the TV. The small but fine terrace can be entered from the living room. The dining table can accommodate 4 people.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and a refrigerator with separate freezer. It offers enough space to be able to fully unfold.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with glazed large shower, as well as a towel heater and a large wardrobe.

Cellar: In the basement there is a laundry room with its own washing machine.

Carport: You can rent a carport parking space for 80€ per month (already included in the approximately 1,100€) located on the large courtyard of the house.

All rooms can be completely darkened with automatic outer roller blinds. Furthermore, floor heating is located in all rooms, making the apartment always nicely warm. The house offers the comfort of an elevator.
