Unfortunately, we have to give up our very beloved apartment as we have finished our studies. The apartment is in a very good condition and convinces by a floor renewed two years ago as well as a new guesthouse. The room layout is ideal for shared rooms and is separated by a floorboard. Overall the apartment is very bright and friendly and can be used optimally as 3er Wg.
To the 3 rooms (room 1 about 11 sqm, room 2 about 13 sqm, room 3 about 18 sqm).
There is also a furnished kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has a washing machine connection. The use of the garages allows the bicycles to be stored dry and safe. There is also a car park for those arriving by car. In conclusion, the apartment is particularly suitable for students and there is a relaxed climate between the other householders.
However, special attention is given to the situation. The Wolbeckerstraße offers a lot of restaurants, shopping malls (REWE, Penny) and pubs and a good connection to the city center and the train station. The proximity to the port and the Hansaring offers a wide selection of inviting scene venues. The canal, which is also only 300 meters away, is a varied bathing resort in summer.
