It is a two-room 52 sqm apartment with a big sunny living room and a big western balcony where you can enjoy the sun and grow flowers or vegetables if you wish. The bedroom is not exposed to the sun and give towards the common garden which allows it to remain fresh even in summer. The kitchen and the bathroom are small but very functional and have everything you need.
We will be travelling and would like therefore to sublet our flat in Neubiberg in a calm and green area. You can find all the shops you need nearby (supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, wineshop…) and you’ll be in the city centre within 30 min with public transportation and 20 minutes by car. There’s a bus stop just outside of the building with busses going to Neuperlach Süd every 10 min (10 min drive) and the S-Bahn station Neubiberg is 12 min by foot.
The location in the south east of Munich is also perfect if you want to reach the lakes or go for a hike in the mountains.
