Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug komplett renoviert (neue Türen, Fußboden, Wände) Ich habe nur 1,5 Jahre hier gewohnt, ist also alles im fast neuen Zustand, auf Wunsch lass ich die Küche kostenlos drin, außer Kühlschrank. Weiterhin steht ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung und ein Balkon. Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Fachhochschule (2 min. zu Fuß) und ca 10 min. zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Busse fahren von hier aus auch regelmäßig ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermakt Getränkeladen Bäcker usw fast vor der Tür. Wohnung eignet sich für 2-3 köpfige Familie, oder auch für Studenten als 2-er Wg. Ihr könnt ab 23. Oktober bereits einziehen und bezahlt dann erst ab November....für November Miete. Ihr könnt die Wohnung jederzeit ansehen, einfach kurz anrufen oder Mail schreiben.
