One bedroom with bed and wardrobe as well as shelves and more. A living room (also available as another bedroom) with sofa bed, workstation with large table and office chair, TV and shelves, A modern bathroom with a small hallway and a basement compartment.

Es ist möglich von 1 bis 12 Monaten zu mieten, ganz individuell nach bedürfniss. Ich bin interessiert nach einer längeren vermietung, aber bin auch einverstanden mit kürzerwn vermietungen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Ihr braucht garnichts zu beosrgen, nur persönliche Sachen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit Küchenzeile komplett ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine, Einbauherd und Kühlschrank, Gläser, Teller, Pfannen, Besteckb und alles was man sonst braucht. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Kleiderschrank sowie Regale und weiteres. Ein Wohnzimmer (auch als weiteres Schlafzimmer nutzbar) mit Sofalamdschaft, Arbeitsplatz mit großem Tisch und Bürostuhl, Fernseher TV und Regale, Ein modernes Bad mit einen kleinen Flur sowie ein Kellerabteil.
