Extremely central city apartment, only 1 minute walk to Weißer Turm U-Bahn, and 3 minutes walk to Plärrer. There are great views direct over the Jakobskirche, Oper and city wall. The apartment has an open-plan layout with a large living-room/kitchen (kitchen/fridge is included), and good sized bathroom on one level. Internal stairs lead up to the loft which is ideal as a bedroom including an in-built wardrobe and drawers.
A basement (dry, large) is included.
The apartment is not suitable as a "WG" or flat, as it has a very open plan - the only internal door is to the bathroom!
Presently night storage heating (i.e. electricity) is used, the landlord will install gas heating in March.
Fantastic connection with public transport, the U1 is only one minute walk, the U2 and U3 are 3-5 minutes walk at Plärrer or Oper. Nünberg’s main shopping is just around the corner, Breite Gasse is also 3 minutes walk.
Connections to Erlangen are easy, either from Hauptbahnhof, or one stop on the U2/U3 to Rothenburgerstr and with the S1, or with the tram to Thon and the bus.
