Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Maxfeld.
Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind ca gleich groß, insgesamt verfügt die Wohnung über 47qm. Bad mit Badewanne.
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Maxfeld ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, man kann aber auch gemütlich in die Innenstadt laufen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock ohne Aufzug.
Es handelt sich um eine wbg-Wohnung. Ich ziehe Ende September aus, dementsprechend ist die Wohnung ab dem 1.10. frei. Da die wbg einen Nachmieter jedoch erst bestätigen muss, kann die Wohnung voraussichtlich zum 1.11. bezogen werden.
Aktuell zahle ich warm ca. 450 Euro Miete, laut der wbg kann sich die Miete jedoch etwas erhöhen.
