Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Dortmunder Klinikviertel.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, ist gepflegt und Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden. (müssen sie aber nicht)
Die Küche würde ich gerne kostenlos mit übergeben.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend junge aber ruhige und nette Leute.
Die Wohnung kann gerne besichtigt werden und müsste ab dem 1.8.2012 nach Rücksprache mit meinem Vermieter übernommen werden.
Kaltmiete 350€ Plus 140€ Nebenkosten. Für Strom zahle ich 45€Monat bekomme aber jedes Jahr Geld zurück. Heizkosten bekomme ich auch jedes Jahr Ca. 180€ gutgeschrieben. Bei Interesse bitte telefonisch oder auch per Mail melden.
Es lohnt sich!
Der Westenhellweg ist 2 Fussminuten entfernt und REWE/ NETTO ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten fussläufig. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Ich bin den ganzen Tag telefonisch erreichbar, E-Mails lese ich erst abends.
