Die Wohnung (1,5Zi.) ist sehr gut geschnitten und hat auch eine getrennte Küche, was sehr praktisch ist. Sie hat ein Wohnzimmer und ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. Flur, Balkon und Dusche sind auch vorhanden.
Sehr gute Lage: 7 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Friedrich-Ebert-Platz und ca. 5-7 Minuten bis zur Burg.

Ich und meine Freundin ziehen aus unserer gemühtlichen Wohnung aus, aber noch ein paar Monate übrig bleiben, die wir laut dem Vertrag da wohnen können, suchen wir nach einem/einer Untermier/in (es kann auch ein Paar sein). Die Warmmiete beträgt 350€ (dabei sind auch Strom und Internet).
