Ich würde es teilmöbliert übergeben (siehe Sonstiges).

Es befindet sich in 2 OG in ein rühiges Gebaude.
Für die Nebenkosten (Strom und Gas) zahle ich ca 90€ pro Monat
Die Kaution ist 3 Netto-Monatsmieten.

Besischtigungsterminen (nur einzeln möglich, aufrgund dem Covid-19) nach Vereinbarung per Email.
