Alexander and Kim are looking for a bright 3 bedroom apartment with balcony and good access to public transport, most preferably in the Maxfeld, Kaulbachplatz or gardens behind the Veste districts.

We are currently living in Maxfeld, but in our 2-room apartment we slowly walk out of the square, so we would like to enlarge. We are deeply rooted in Nuremberg and are looking for a place that will become our home for a long time.
An apartment with a sunny balcony would be important to us.
A parking space is not necessary, but quick access to the subway is advantageous.

About us:
We are both mid 30 and fully employed with an annual gross household income of approximately 110.000 euros. I work in the field of software development and am therefore much at home office, my wife is working in the field for an Italian fashion agency. We are both non-smoking and have neither children nor pets.

Alexander und Kim sind auf der Suche nach einer hellen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon und guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, am liebsten in den Stadtteilen Maxfeld, Kaulbachplatz oder Gärten hinter der Veste.

Aktuell wohnen wir bereits in Maxfeld, aber in unserer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung geht uns langsam der Platz aus, daher würden wir uns gerne vergrößern. Wir sind tief in Nürnberg verwurzelt und suchen einen Ort, der für lange Zeit unser Zuhause werden wird.
Eine Wohnung mit einem sonnigen Balkon wäre uns wichtig.
Ein Stellplatz ist nicht nötig, aber schneller Zugang zur U-Bahn von Vorteil.

Über uns:
Wir sind beide Mitte 30 und voll berufstätig mit einem jährlichen Bruttohaushaltseinkommen von ca 110.000 Euro. Ich arbeite im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und bin somit viel im Homeoffice, meine Frau ist im Außendienst für eine italienische Modeagentur tätig. Wir sind beide nichtraucher und haben weder Kinder noch Haustiere.
