I am looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in Nuremberg, as in March or April I moved to Nuremberg for my doctorate at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.

To me: I am 30 years old and doctoral student in the field of media sciences. I will devote myself mainly to my research and therefore seek a quiet and cozy apartment where I can work concentrated or relax after work. In my spare time I like to travel in nature, take photos, go to the gym or discover new cafés and restaurants. I'm really excited about what Nuremberg has to offer!

What I'm looking for:

2 rooms, ideally with separate kitchen
Warm rental up to approx. 900 €
Location: Central or with good connection to the ÖPNV
Arrival date: From March or April flexible
I'm from 14-18. February in Nuremberg and could look at apartments in this time. Alternatively, I am open to spontaneous visits.

ich bin auf der Suche nach einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Nürnberg, da ich im März oder April für meine Promotion an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg von Freiburg nach Nürnberg ziehe.

Zu mir: Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und Doktorand im Bereich Medienwissenschaften. Ich werde mich hauptsächlich meiner Forschung widmen und suche daher eine ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung, in der ich konzentriert arbeiten kann oder nach der Arbeit entspannen kann. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in der Natur unterwegs, mache Fotos, gehe ins Fitnessstudio oder entdecke neue Cafés und Restaurants. Ich bin super gespannt, was Nürnberg zu bieten hat!

Was ich suche:

2 Zimmer, idealerweise mit separater Küche
Warmmiete bis ca. 900 €
Lage: Zentral oder mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV
Einzugstermin: Ab März oder April flexibel
Ich bin vom 14.–18. Februar in Nürnberg und könnte mir in dieser Zeit Wohnungen anschauen. Alternativ bin ich auch für spontane Besichtigungen offen.
