Wir drei Mädels ziehen aus unserer WG zum 31.03.2007 aus, da die Wohnung aber schon ab Ende Februar frei ist, besteht die Möglichkeit schon zum 01.03.2007 einzuziehen.
Zur Wohnung: Unsere 3-Zimmerwohnung besteht aus zwei kleineren Zimmern (ca. 12m²) und einem größeren mit ca. 18 m². Weiterhin hat die Wohnung eine schöne Eßdiele zu bieten. Der Boden besteht aus Teppich und PVC. In der Küche sind enthalten: E-Herd und Spüle.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zur Uni braucht ihr ca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuß und Bus), in die Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten (Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
Besichtigungszeiten: Mo 13-15Uhr, Di ganztägig, Mi ab 15 Uhr. Sonsige Termine auf Vereinbarung.
