Die Wohnung hat vier Zimmer. Eines bewohne ich, ein weiteres ist dein Zimmer (15 m^2). Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein Gästezimmer und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Jeder von uns besitzt ein eigenes Badezimmer (deines ist ein Tageslichtbad inkl. Badewanne), ebenfalls zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Garten. Dieser kann über eine Treppe durch die Küche betreten werden.
Die Lage ist perfekt mitten im Bahnhofsviertel Oldenburgs gelegen.
Zu Fuß benötigt man 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und Zob und in die Innenstadt 10 Minuten. In den nahe gelegenen Schlosshöfen gibt es die nächstmögliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Nähe zum Oldenburger Hafen, dorthin geht man zu Fuß ca 3 Minuten.
Zu mir: Ich bin Denise, 30 Jahre alt und bleibe hier in der WG wohnen. Mein Mitbewohner zieht zum 1.1 aus.
Ich habe zwei Jobs, einen davon manchmal auch am Wochenende. Daher ist mir ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig.
Wäre schön wenn du schon WG Erfahrung hast, ordentlich bist und wir entspannt zusammen wohnen könnten :)
