Ich suche ab dem 01. September 2024 einen Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Osnabrück Schölerberg (50 m2). Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage (von 2) eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Der dazugehörige Garten kann von allen Mietern mitbenutzt werden. Zu der Wohnung gehört zudem ein Kellerabteil, in dem man auch Fahrräder abstellen kann.
Diverse Supermärkte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Zudem findet um die Ecke jeden Freitag ein Markt statt. Der Schölerberg, super für Spaziergänge, ist 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Das Stadtzentrum ist 2 km entfernt und sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.
Folgendes wird von den Vermietern vorgegeben:
- Mindestmietzeit 2 Jahre
- Staffelmiete 10€ Erhöhung jährlich
- Bei einem Einkommen unter 2.000,00 € ist eine Bürgschaft notwendig.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Eine WG ist nicht erwünscht.
