Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 bleichgroßen (ca. 12 qm) und einem 17 qm großem Zimmer. Der Flur ist Zentral und verbindet alle Zimmer miteinander. Weiterhin gibt es noch 2 Zimmer die benutzt werden können aber nicht bezahlt werden müssen, optimal als Gemeinschaftsraum. Wir haben die Wohnung als WG gegründet und würden gegen einen kleinen Abschlag die gesamte Küche und diverse Möbel überlassen.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der FH Haste und Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man jeweils in 5 Minuten an beiden Orten. ÖVP's sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, dm, Staples, Getränkemarkt) sind in 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen grünen Lage.
