I'm really sorry to leave this place but I must move back to Australia. I would say this apartment would be perfect for a couple, it's very spacious. I love the balcony, it stretches right around the apartment and is also accessible from the bedroom. The living and kitchen area is open plan. In the bathtub is also the shower with a new shower head I bought earlier this year. In the bedroom, I have not been able to fill the walk in wardrobe. The kitchen has a new boiler. The balcony also has an outdoor light and electricity plug.
Ottobeuren is a very quiet and peaceful location. It takes about 8 minutes to drive to Memmingen centre. There is also the 955 bus which stops very close to the apartment and takes you to Memmingen station. There are pleanty of grocery stores and all the normal things you need. The town square has lots of restaurants and the basilika.
Please feel free to arrange a viewing. I'm available Wednesdays, Friday's, and on weekends. The final desicion will be up to the landlord, not myself.
