Beautiful old building rooms in the green Schöne Altbau-Zimmer im Grünen

Ok, added, the house is no longer entirely in Paderborn, but in 33175 Bad Lippspinge. But for this house community it might be worth a jump into the green to "BaLi"?

The house is located on a large plot, right on the edge of the forest on the western side of Bad Lippspringe – yet you are quickly in Paderborn, by car in 15 to 20 min, by bike in 20-30 min.
In order to drive towards Paderborn you are fast on Detmolder Straße or B1 - you don't have to go through BaLi-City first. Lidl, Combi and Rossmann are 5 minutes by car or bicycle. By bike you can also get on the beautiful old railway road towards Paderborn, this way to the outskirts of Paderborn without car traffic and is nice to drive.

Ok, zugegeben, das Haus liegt nicht mehr ganz in Paderborn, sondern in 33175 Bad Lippspinge. Aber für diese Hausgemeinschaft lohnt sich vielleicht ein Sprung ins Grüne nach "BaLi"? ;-)

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, direkt am Waldrand an der westlichen Seite von Bad Lippspringe – trotzdem ist man schnell in Paderborn, mit dem Auto in 15 bis 20 min, mit dem Fahrrad in 20-30 min.
Um Richtung Paderborn zu fahren ist man schnell auf der Detmolder Straße oder der B1 - man muss nicht erst durch BaLi-City. Lidl, Combi und Rossmann sind 5 Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell auf der schönen alten Bahntrasse Richtung Paderborn, dieser Weg geht bis zum Stadtrand Paderborn ohne Autoverkehr und ist schön zu fahren.

We adults work all three in the social/ medical/ therapeutic field.
We are more or less oriented, more or less creative and craftsmanship on the go and find sustainability good, but in the pragmatism of everyday life this sometimes comes under the wheels. ;-)

We are not a purpose WG and place a great deal of value on a beautiful living together. From living together we wish that together times come up to eat together again and again, enjoy the garden or start a project in house and garden. But we also have time for retreat and quality time. In the end, each party has its own rhythm, flow and food point.
Thanks to the two kitchens and the additional large dining table in the shared living room, there are enough options either to eat together or alone.
Cleanliness, order and regular cleaning services are just as important to us as to take into account, e.g. in terms of volume.

The WG-life includes excursions with the bike and common work in the garden. Also from time to time organized festivals.
Part of the coexistence are regular plenary appointments. Here we need courage to open communication, conflictability and a heart to get involved in the process of house-community, which has its beautiful but also challenging sides.

We have great luck with the very large plot, but are also responsible for the care. This allows relaxation during sitting mower rides, meditative hour-long leaps, loving hedge care.... So you should bring pleasure and time for garden work;)

Wir Erwachsenen arbeiten alle drei im sozialen/ ärztlich/ therapeutischen Bereich.
Wir sind wohl eher alternativ orientiert, mehr oder weniger kreativ und handwerklich unterwegs und finden Nachhaltigkeit gut, im Pragmatismus des Alltags kommt das aber manchmal unter die Räder. ;-)

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und legen viel Wert auf ein schönes Zusammenleben. Vom Zusammenleben wünschen wir uns, dass gemeinsame Zeiten aufkommen um hin und wieder gemeinsam zu essen, den Garten zu genießen oder ein Projekt in Haus und Garten zu starten. Uns sind aber auch Zeit für Rückzug und jeweilige Quality-time wichtig. Letztendlich hat jede Partei für sich ihren eigenen Rhythmus , Flow und Lebensmittelpunkt.
Durch die beiden Küchen und den zusätzlichen großen Esstisch im Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer gibt es genug Möglichkeiten entweder gemeinsam oder alleine zu essen.
Uns sind Sauberkeit, Ordnung und die regelmäßigen Putzdienste genauso wichtig wie aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen, zB was Lautstärke angeht.

Zum WG-Leben gehören für uns ab und zu WG Ausflüge mit dem Rad und gemeinsame Arbeitseinsätze im Garten. Gern auch ab und zu gemeinsam organisierte Feste.
Fester Teil des Zusammenlebens sind regelmäßige Plenums-Termine. Wir brauchen hier Mut zu offener Kommunikation, Konfliktfähigkeit und ein Herz dafür, sich auf den Prozess Hausgemeinschaft einzulassen, der seine schönen aber auch herausfordernden Seiten hat.

Wir haben großes Glück mit dem sehr großen Grundstück, sind aber auch für die Pflege verantwortlich. Das ermöglicht Entspannung beim Aufsitzmäher-Fahren, meditatives stundenlanges Laubrechen, liebevolle Heckenpflege.... Lust und Zeit für Gartenarbeit solltest du also mitbringen ;)
