Super schöne Pariser Wohnung, die ich zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Sophia belebe. Mein Zimmer möchte ich gerne im August untervermieten, evtl hast du die Wohnung aber auch eine Zeit lang für Dich, da Sophia auch plant zu verreisen.
Die Wohnung hat Paketboden, zwei Kamine (allerdings nicht mehr in Gebrauch) und wunderschöne Fenster mit Verzierung. Im Haushalt ist alles, was man so braucht, eine Siebträgerkaffeemaschine steht auch zu deiner/ eurer Verfügung
Die Daten sind etwas flexibel und dementsprechend auch der Preis. Sag einfach, wie lange du bleiben möchtest.
Wichtig ist mir aber, dass du gut auf die Wohnung aufpasst und wir uns vorher kennenlernen (online ist das auch möglich).
Die Fotos sind aus einem Video rausgeschnitten, deshalb leider etwas verwackelt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 18. Arr. von Paris, also sehr im Norden gelegen. Die Infrastruktur ist super. Die Metrolinie 4 ist 2 Min. entfernt (Haltestelle Simplon) und die Linie 12 ca. 8 Min entfernt fußläufig. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Busse, die fahren. Direkt in unserer Straße gibt es einen kleinen französischen Becker, eine süße Kneipe und den Super U (Supermarkt).
Super nice Parisian apartment that I would like to sublet in august. It has parquet flooring, two fireplaces (but no longer in use) and beautiful windows with decorations. There is everything you need in the household and a portafilter coffee machine is also at your disposal.
The dates are somewhat flexible and so is the price. Just let me know how long you want to stay.
However, it is important to me that you take good care of the apartment and that we get to know each other beforehand (this is also possible online).
The apartment is located in the 18th arr. of Paris, very much in the north. The infrastructure is great. Metro line 4 is 2 minutes away (Simplon stop) and line 12 is about 8 minutes away on foot. There are also numerous buses. Right in our street there is a small French bakery, a cute pub and the Super U (supermarket).
