Hallo ich suche zum 1 September bzw 1 Oktober eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Passau mit mindestens 67 qm bis 75 qm .
Die Wohnung sollte in Zentrum und Uni nähe (1 bs 2 km ) und gut mit dem Bus erreichbar sein .
Optimal wäre es wenn die Wohnung im 1 Stock oder Erdgeschoss wäre , ansonsten wäre ein Fahrstuhl von Vorteil .
