Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, wenn man dem Großstadttrubel von Arbeit oder Studium entfliehen und trotzdem nicht allzu weit entfernt sein will. Sie eignet sich als WG für 2 Leute oder als Wohnung für ein Paar oder auch als Einzelwohnung.
Die Küche könnte direkt mit übernommen werden, sie ist quasi neu.
Man geht eine Mietbindung bis Oktober ein, falls Sie unsere Nachmieter werden wollen.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und gut angebunden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Haustür (ungefähr 1 Minute zu Fuß) und den Bahnhof erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Mit dem Zug braucht man bis zum Leipziger Hauptbahnhof ca. 25 Minuten und ist somit recht schnell da.
Es wäre mir am liebsten Sie schreiben mir kurz eine Mail, dass Sie Interesse an unserer Wohnung haben und entweder ich melde mich dann per Mail bei Ihnen zurück oder Sie hinterlassen mir eine Telefonnummer unter der ich Sie erreichen kann. Alles Weitere kann dann persönlich geklärt werden.
