Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist saniert, möbliert und bietet helle, geräumige Zimmer, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen. Persönliche Gegenstände auf den Fotos dienen lediglich zur Veranschaulichung und sind während der Mietzeit nicht vorhanden.

Nachbarschaft: Angenehme und freundliche Nachbarn im Haus.
Konditionen:
Mietzeitraum: 15.02.2025 bis 15.05.2025, flexibel wählbar innerhalb dieses Zeitraums, nicht anmeldefähig in der Stadt..
Miete: 1400 Euro pro Monat, zahlbar monatlich. Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet) für eine Person.
