Da ich im nächsten Jahr ein Sabbatical mache, vermiete ich 2 Zimmer meiner liebevoll individuell eingerichteten 2,5 Wohnung für 6 Monate auf Zeit an eine ruhige Frau (Nichtraucherin).
Du bekommst einen Untermietvertrag und könntest dich offiziell für diesen Zeitraum dort anmelden.

Wenn du dich in der Zeit um meine Zimmerpflanzen kümmern könntest, wäre ich sehr happy.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 850€ / mtl. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten, incl. Gas, Strom, WLAN.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG in einer ruhigen Genossenschaftssiedlung im Potsdam Waldstadt 1. Wie der Name schon sagt, schaust du aus allen Zimmern ins Grüne und auf Bäume. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gehen nach Süd/Osten, der Balkon hat im Sommer bis zum Nachmittag Sonne.

Zu Fuß sind es drei Minuten zur Tram Linie 91 oder 93. Ebensolange zur Bushaltestelle Bus 693 nach Babelsberg. Die Station Potsdam-Rehbrücke RE7 erreichst du zu Fuß in 15 Minuten (oder eine Station Tram). Zum Hauptbahnhof nach Potsdam sind es 15 Minuten mit der Tram. Dort fährt die RE1 oder S7 nach Berlin.
