Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Gegend in Babelsberg - einem der attraktivsten Stadtteile Potsdams.

ÖPNV-Anbindung
Die S-Bahn-Station Babelsberg sowie Tram- und Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig erreichbar - eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Von dort gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum von Potsdam und in ca. 30 Minuten nach Berlin (mit der S7).

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe und Lidl), Bioläden und Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Freizeit & Gastronomie
Die Umgebung bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Zudem laden der Park Babelsberg und das nahegelegene Griebnitzsee-Ufer zu Spaziergängen ein.

Ich suche eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person (oder ein Paar), die meine Wohnung bewohnen möchten und sie genauso wertschätzen wie ich.

The flat is located in a quiet and green neighborhood in Babelsberg - one of Potsdam's most attractive districts.

Public transport connections
The Babelsberg S-Bahn station as well as tram and bus stops are within walking distance - there is a bus stop right outside the door. From there you can quickly reach the centre of Potsdam and Berlin in approx. 30 minutes (with the S7).

Shopping facilities
Supermarkets (Netto, Rewe and Lidl), organic food shops and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity.

Leisure & Gastronomy
The neighbourhood offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafés. The Babelsberg Park and the nearby Griebnitzsee shore are also great places for a stroll.
